Hi, I’m Jenna - mom, fitness coach, and the woman behind The Fit Girl With Curls.
I created this blog to share my journey of balancing motherhood, fitness, and life’s everyday chaos. As a personal trainer, pre-and post-natal exercise specialist, corrective exercise specialist, and strength and conditioning specialist, I help moms build stronger, healthier bodies that can handle the everyday demands of motherhood.
